Representation: All True South Member Clubs and pending member clubs should plan to have representation at this meeting, as important spring season information will be discussed.
Proxy: If representation from your team is unable to attend you may submit another individual to vote in your absence for any important matters. You must submit a proxy form to truesouthrugby@gmail.com
