All teams are required to use Rugby Xplorer (RX) to enter in match details. Paper copies are highly recommended as backups. Refer to.: RX Club & Team Management for setup and report matches and, also, see how-to videos.
Both teams are responsible for filling in their team roster the day before the league match. The WINNING team is responsible for ensuring the opposing team and referee are aligned with the score, rosters, and movements before finalizing the game in the Match Day app. If needed, these can be inputted after the match but must be done within a 24 hour window. Contact your Competitions Director if you have any issues.
It is the home team’s responsibility to make sure the referee is paid for their service. It is both team’s responsibility to respect and support the assigned referee.
