True South Championship Bids:
All events require two active playing fields and a third for warm up. Concessions and vendor sales are available to the host to arrange as they see fit. No personal or team entry charges can be made except for 7′s where an entry team fee may be charged by the host. Since 2024, there is a requirement for streaming services to be provided at the union’s expense.
The Event Application can be found here. Refer to the Event Checklist before applying and submit bids by email to truesouthrugby@gmail.com. An example of a bid can be seen here and an example of a tournament packet can be seen here.
Feel free to pass along this opportunity to any interested parties. While we encourage local sports authorities to participate, there must be some affiliation with a regional team to support the event.

National Championship Bid Requests:
The Senior Club Council has issued a Request for Proposal for venues for the 2024 & 2025 National Championships (15’s and 7’s). The RFP can be located through the link below. It is strongly encouraged that any clubs looking to create a proposal work with a local tourism bureau or sports commission.
